Considering the information and discussions that you have had the opportunity to face throughout this discipline, use basic and applied knowledge to offer a research proposal or strategy to overcome the world hunger. Based on your group perspectives, prepare 15-minute presentation exploring a rationale focusing on mitigate the world hunger with the production of ruminant animal products, considering aspects of environmental sustainability, feed/food security and the enlarged poverty due to the pandemia covid-19. In order to achieve an acceptable degree of innovation on your proposal would be better to use a design thinking strategy to organize the recent contributions on the literature and also create a "flow chart" with a clear indication of your specific research proposal.  We will follow the progress of your group on this issue based on a weekly report from your group discussions which might takes place on mondays 14h:00 - 18h:00.  This presentation is due to May 24th from 14:00 to 18:00 - Google Meet.
