In this course, students will explore key aspects of the international legal order in the context of globalization. Topics include the use of force in international law, international human rights protection, environmental obligations, climate change, and the role of international trade regimes. Through the analysis of international documents, jurisprudence, and current cases, students will critically assess how international law responds to the challenges of a globalized world.
