Wednesdays, 8 a.m. - 10 a.m and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Theme: Shakespeare, Williams and Miller’s modern theatre.

Aim: to introduce students to the reading and criticism of theatre through Peter Szondi’s Theory of Modern Drama (1956) and Raymond Williams’s Modern Tragedy (1966), as well as three plays that helped to shape the theatrical experience in the English-speaking world.
