  • About Design and Implementation of Microwave Radars

This course provides the theory and hands-on practice about a radar design from the RF, embedded systems and signal processing points of view. Radar Basics, how a radar works, its building blocks, the Radar equation are addressed as well as the important design parameters for the design, fabrication, assembly of a complete radar.

During this course, the student will be able to build a radar including the design and fabrication of the RF front-end, the design and implementation of the control of the radar and its interface to the digital module, as well as to process the signal to convert it to a useful information.
