    In the next class, we will discuss the ICJ Genocide Case (Bosnia v. Serbia). Given that the case is very long and detailed, we will focus on topics VI, VII, VIII and IX. You may find attached hereto the judgement with the main points highlighted in yellow. 


    The reading to be discussed in Professor Alberto's class is the last Part (PART IV: RENEWING AMERICAN DIPLOMACY) of the book "A New Foreign Policy".
