PSP 5300: Gestão da organização do trabalho em turnos e noturno- Ano de 2022

Horários das aulas: às segundas feiras, das 14h00 às 18h00 horas e nas quartas feiras somente nos dias 14 e 21/9.
Objetivos
1) Apresentar escalas de trabalho em turnos identificando aspectos positivos e negativos.
2) Discutir a organização do trabalho em turnos e noturno e variáveis associadas a possíveis efeitos nas atividades de trabalho, na saúde e na vida dos trabalhadores.
3) Avaliar intervenções nas atividades e condições de trabalho no sentido de reduzir os riscos à saúde, na ocorrência de incidentes e acidentes de trabalho.
Programa: escalas de trabalho; legislação sobre jornadas de trabalho; cronobiologia humana e suas relações com a organização do trabalho em turnos e noturno; fatores associados à tolerância ao trabalho: diferenças individuais relativas a fatores biológicos, da organização do trabalho e sociais; morbidade e trabalho em turnos e noturno; intervenções na organização do trabalho.
Critérios de avaliação: a) Frequência às aulas; b) Participação nas discussões em classe; c) Elaboração e apresentação de projeto de pesquisa.
