O curso consistirá basicamente em sessões de debate em sala de aula centradas na leitura dos livros “Proportionality and Constitutional Culture”, de Moshe Cohen-Eliya e Iddo Porat, “Balancing Constitutional Rights: The Origins and Meanings of Postwar Legal Discourse”, de Jacco Bomhoff, e “On the Rule of Law: History, Politics, Theory”, de Brian Tamanaha.
