Seguirei a organização do Blundell, embora não necessariamente o conteúdo. Em muitos temas, ele é impreciso demais, para dizer o mínimo. Mas isso aflige todas as referências: nenhuma delas me agrada universalmente. A referência primária de estudo do curso serão minhas notas de aula!
