Term Paper
For the term paper in this course, you are assigned to write a reflection paper discussing the course topics and how they relate to your profession in terms of research and practice. This paper will be in English and will be about 10 pages in length, including the title and reference pages. First, you will summarize your perspective on the course topics by telling us what you learned about organizational issues. Then you will provide a critical analysis of the views and concepts presented in this course. What ideas or points of view do you agree or disagree with? What are the strengths and weaknesses of the topics covered? What other topics, related to OD, are of interest to you, but were not covered in the course? Substantiate your own viewpoint with evidence from the literature. In other words, you will use the work of other authors to support your arguments. While we value your opinion and ideas, you will need to find literature references to back up your argument/thesis. This critical analysis assignment must be based on a minimum of 5 additional references. You may use up to two readings, assigned for this class, as your references. But the rest of references need to be found by you individually. This assignment is due at midnight, May 2st, 2012. You will submit your assignment to Professor Edgard Cornachione electronically via email at: edgardbc@usp.br.
