EAD0624 - Culture and Power in Organizations (2024-2)

This course enable students to (a) analyze organizational relations as social relations, applying the concepts and methodologies of Social Sciences; (b) understand the main theoretical approaches on power and culture in organizations and their possibilities of application in the organizational reality.
