Pós graduação da FEA-RP

Programa de Aperfeiçoamento de Ensino é regulamentado pela Portaria GR 3588, de 10 de maio de 2005, destina-se exclusivamente a alunos de Pós-Graduação matriculados na Universidade de São Paulo nos cursos de mestrado e doutorado.

Seu principal objetivo é aprimorar a formação do pós-graduando para atividade didática de graduação e sua composição consiste em duas etapas: 

  1. Preparação Pedagógica;
  2. Estágio Supervisionado em Docência.

Etapa de Preparação Pedagógica

A Etapa de Preparação Pedagógica assume diferentes características de acordo com a forma como a Unidade de Ensino a estrutura, podendo ser encontrada em três modalidades:

  • Uma disciplina de Pós-Graduação oferecendo créditos, cujo conteúdo estará voltado para as questões da Universidade e do Ensino Superior;

  • Conjunto de conferências, com especialistas da área de Educação, condensadas num tempo menor, tendo como tema as questões do Ensino Superior;

  • Núcleo de atividades, envolvendo preparo de material didático, discussões de curriculum, de ementas de disciplinas e planejamento de cursos, coordenadas por professores.

Etapa de Estágio Supervisionado

Quanto à Etapa de Estágio Supervisionado em Docência, esta é realizada especificamente em disciplinas de graduação, devendo o interessado se inscrever na Unidade de Ensino da área de conhecimento pertinente ao seu curso. Ao final do estágio, depois de cumpridas as formalidades, os participantes que obtêm aproveitamento satisfatório têm direito a um certificado e, a critério da Comissão de Pós-Graduação, poderão receber créditos pela atividade. 

O Programa é opcional aos alunos de Pós-Graduação da Universidade, exceto àqueles que são contemplados pela Bolsa Demanda Social da CAPES, cujo regulamento solicita a realização de estágio. 


PROGRAMA JUSTIFICATIVA E OBJETIVO Too many higher education institutions have rushed into online education without understanding the research that explores how to design effective collaborative learning environments online that utilize the networking capabilities of the Internet. This course will equip you with the essential background and skills for conceptualizing, designing, and developing online learning solutions for a variety of disciplines and organizations. The 2014 Horizon Report for Higher Education from the New Media Consortium and the EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative focused on the growing ubiquity of social media, and the integration of online, Hybrid, and collaborative Learning as future trends in higher education. This course will demonstrate how social media and online learning can support the advancement of collaboration to support trends in higher education This course will be offered using a hybrid format, both face-to-face and online to give students the experience of learning at a distance while they learn about the principles and techniques of online collaborative learning. The course addresses online education as a learning system and explores current practices and research trends. We will examine online collaborative learning theory, the characteristics and needs of diverse distance learners, how to design and assess collaborative learning environments, and how to support the distance learner. Using a community of practice model, the course will promote collaborative sharing of diverse learning experiences, and support learners in inquiry based collaborative learning online through e-mentoring. Goal: The goal of this course is to design develop online a short (4-6 week) collaborative learning experience for a selected discipline or organization using either the Moodle LMS or a combination of social media. Nome: Elaboração de um Plano de Negócio

Carga horária:   30 horas

Objetivo: Este curso visa aprimorar o conhecimento dos profissionais e empreendedores de diversas áreas que se interessem por identificar e dimensionar a estrutura de seu negócio. Com esse curso, o aluno terá capacidade de mapear o cenário atual e definir as oportunidades do mercado, analisar a viabilidade de investimentos e assim, constituir e apresentar um plano de negócio.

Levar ao conhecimento dos participantes as principais ferramentas de coleta, gestão e análise da produção científica utilizadas na elaboração de pesquisas acadêmicas. Além disto, serão abordadas as ferramentas de trabalho colaborativo online. Cada aluno deve trabalhar em seu próprio projeto de pesquisa.
