In this Course the students will learn about peace, use of force, security and the role of the law in international relations, through documental and jurisprudential analysis, as well as current cases.
The classes are composed of 2 moments: (i) Explanation by the Professor; and (ii) presentation of a dynamic material (videos, conferences etc) or case study debated by the class and monitored by the Teaching Assistants.
