This course aims at introducing students to the key concepts of Astroparticle Physics, an active research topic nowadays, embracing a wide range of fundamental research branches, such as cosmology, particle and nuclear physics. A number of particle probes will be studied, including cosmic rays, neutrinos, photons and hypothetical particles, such as those associated to dark matter. The students are expected to reach both a theoretical understanding of the concepts, as well as the experimental techniques used in the area.
